Refunds/Exchange/Replacement Policy

No Refunds/Exchanges. All Sales Final.

Unfortunately, we cannot control color settings on various devices, which can lead to inaccurate color representation. We supply swatches of shades from various Swatchers/Artists with different lighting and backgrounds. Some polishes may look different in person vs the website. 

Our scented items are produced in small-batches. We post all the notes in each fragrance used per our distributors. Fomo Lacquer Specializes in Strongly scented items. If you are unsure of a scent, Please order a small single item before ordering a large selection in a scent. These products cannot be returned/restocked due to Hygienic reasons. 

Damaged Products:
If there is any damage to the items in your order, Please notify Fomo Lacquer within seven (7) days of the receipt of delivery with your name, order number, shipping address and photos of the damaged products. Fomo Lacquer will ship out replacement items at no additional charge. Customers may be sent a link to fill out an affidavit provided by fomo through Shipstation USPS insurance claims to verify the damaged property to USPS. 

If notice of the damaged products is after seven (7) days of the receipt of delivery, no exchanges or refunds will be given. 

Missing Products:
If your order is missing any products, Please reach out to Fomo Lacquer within seven (7) days of the receipt of delivery and the missing item will be sent out. 

Incorrect Address:
You, as the customer, are responsible for providing an accurate address. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we must receive back the original package before updating the address and shipping your order a second time. We will not charge shipping for the second shipment, but also will not send out a replacement until the first is received back.
If a package is not received back at Fomo from USPS 20 days after the failed delivery, an insurance claim will be opened and the customer must fill out an affidavit provided by fomo through Shipstation USPS insurance claims. Once this action is complete, a replacement package will be issued and sent.
If for any reason USPS is unable to deliver to the customer's address after 2 attempts, the customer can opt for a refund of the order, or can choose to pay for shipping through UPS to receive the package. 

Lost in Transit:
All packages and orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 days of the order being placed, and you will receive an email with your tracking information. If your tracking hasn't been updated within 7 days of shipment/tracking notice, or has stopped moving for several days while in transit, please reach out so we can further assist. 

If USPS is unable to locate or move the package within 10 days of shipment, a replacement package will be sent at no additional cost. Customers will be sent an affidavit provided by fomo through Shipstation USPS insurance claims 20 days after the package goes missing, or stops moving.
