Upon first use, Hold brush upwards and rotate bottom of pen to remove the air bubble. You will hear clicking.
Once the air bubble is gone, twist the pen about 4 clicks and apply oil with brush to your cutciles, and nails. If you require more oil, just a few clicks is all you need when you twist.
