'Exploding Nebula' is a clear base packed with silver holo micro flakes, and various sizes and shapes of gold, orange, and red glitters and shards, for a truly out of this world effect.
This topper looks amazing over bare nails, any base, layered or sponged!
Only 50 Bottles of this shade will be sold. All bottles have a collector number showing where their bottle fell in the collection line. Each bottle order comes with a Hand-Written collection card as well.
