Inspired by the ‘Black flame Candle’ from Hocus Pocus, this deep black shade will show your soul on the outside! This black jelly polish is filled with a variety of black and grey holo glitters, as well as black reflective glitters FULL OPACITY IN 2 COATS!
All bottles have a collector number showing where their bottle fell in the collection line. Each bottle order comes with a Hand-Written collection card as well.
I.e.- Order 1 gets bottle #1/89, Order 2 gets #2/89.
